I designed my life with purpose, accelerated my career with confidence, created ethical wealth through my expertise — and achieved all of it without sacrificing my health, values, or family. That's when I realized Project Management wasn't just a profession. It was the Life Skill I'd been missing all along.

That realization became PM Excellence Hub. This movement is for every practitioner who is ready to discover the same.

For over 25 years, I led enterprise programs inside companies where a slipped milestone made headlines — Microsoft, Yahoo, Cadence, Verifone. I earned the certifications: PgMP, PMP, CSM. I contributed to the PMBOK® Guide from the 5th edition onward. I've taught Executive Project Management to MBA students at Christ University and Atria University.

And along the way, I noticed something that bothered me.

The most certified people in the room were not always the most effective. I watched brilliant PMs plateau at the same level for a decade. I watched others deliver everything asked of them — and burn out doing it. They had the frameworks. They had the credentials. What nobody had given them was direction: how to lead people, make decisions under pressure, build a career on purpose, and do it without sacrificing their health or their integrity.

Here is what those 25 years taught me: project management is 20% process and 80% people and decisions. Every certification teaches the 20%. PM Excellence Hub exists for the 80%.
